How to Enrol

Intending parents and/or guardians can request a school prospectus to be posted. This provides the information required before proceeding to registration.

Registration of a student for enrolment at Frensham requires completion of a Registration Form and payment of a Registration Fee. This places a student on the waitlist and ensures she will be considered for inclusion in the School. In the year preceding entry, should a place be available, an interview, with the Head of Frensham, is offered to registered students and their parents.

After interview, a place may be offered to the student and, if accepted, enrolment proceeds. If vacancies exist and subject requests are appropriate, intake is possible in Years 7 - 11.

Enrolment Procedure

An offer of a place is confirmed in writing, pending the outcome of the interview.

Parent acceptance of the offer of a place is confirmed upon receipt of the School's completed Enrolment Form with the required Enrolment Fee by the stipulated date, in accordance with Winifred West Schools' standard Terms & Conditions.
