The Houses
The Frensham Houses are where the girls sleep, study, and spend time relaxing. Each House has its own character and charm to make the girls feel right at home.
Hartfield House
Renovated extensively in 2006, Hartfield House provides shared bedroom-style accommodation for students in Years 7-9 and twin-bed studio accommodation for students in Year 10. Built in 1934 the House is named after Margaret Hartfield, a devoted teacher of Music and German.Kennedy House
Kennedy House is the second of the two junior boarding houses for students in Years 7-10. A contemporary, state-of-the-art boarding facility for senior students, Bryant McCarthy House features modern single and twin bed-studies, a reception area, a large, light-filled Common Room and accommodation for staff. The House is named after Phyllis Bryant, Frensham’s second Headmistress from 1938 to 1965, and in honour of the McCarthy family, who were great patrons of the School.Linden Turner House
Redesigned in 2016, the beautiful Linden Turner House brought together the original Linden and Turner Houses.
