With over 20 years of experience at Frensham, Geoff Marsh leads Frensham Schools with a vision that blends innovation with tradition. Passionate about the transformative power of education, he is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, community, and service where every student is encouraged to strive for greatness and contribute meaningfully to the world.

Ms Sarah Tynan

Ms Sarah Tynan
BSc (USYD), MTeach (Biology & Chemistry) (USYD), MEd (Student Wellbeing) (Melb)
Sarah is a highly experienced educator whose expertise spans pastoral care, extracurricular activities, and academic leadership. Her collaborative and consultative approach aligns closely with the values and culture of Frensham Schools. As Deputy Head of Frensham Schools, Sarah works closely with the Junior and Senior School Leadership teams in designing curriculum and social emotional learning experiences to support individual student development.
With a wealth of experience in girls’ education, Sarah’s extensive career spans roles at MLC School Sydney, Santa Sabina College, and Wenona School, where she has demonstrated a passion for teaching and learning that addresses the physical, social, and intellectual needs of young people. By leveraging emerging research, Sarah creates effective and innovative learning experiences that inspire her students.
In her spare time, Sarah loves travelling, cooking and spending time outdoors with her beloved Boxer Dog, Squirt.

Mrs Lucy Gregory

Mrs Lucy Gregory
PGDipSpecEd (Macq), BTeach (Primary) (WSU)
Lucy Gregory is the Head of Frensham Junior School, leading with a strong focus on curriculum, pedagogy and student well-being. She is committed to ensuring every child is nurtured and inspired to reach their full potential.
With almost three decades of experience as a teacher and educational leader, Lucy has worked as a classroom teacher, P-12 Learning Support and Enrichment Coordinator, and Senior Curriculum Officer and Primary Inspector at NESA. She has contributed to the independent education sector through roles such as Treasurer for IPSHA NSW, presenter for the Association of Independent Schools, and member of NESA curriculum panels.
Lucy holds postgraduate qualifications in Special Education from Macquarie University and is deeply committed to the benefits of a P-12 education. Under her leadership, Frensham Junior School emphasises personalised learning, rich specialist lessons, and extracurricular opportunities that support academic growth, creativity, and well-being. Lucy values a culture of care and kindness, ensuring these principles are embedded in the school community.

Mr Ben Chadwick

Ben is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in residential education, student leadership, and strategic planning. As Director of Students and Strategy, Ben leads the Heads of House and Year Coordinators to support the wellbeing of all students, while contributing to Frensham Schools’ long-term development.
Ben has a strong personal connection to Frensham and is passionate about building a vibrant, supportive community. Outside of school, he enjoys rugby, tennis, cricket, outdoor adventures, and reading military history.

Ms Melissa Eather

Ms Melissa Eather

Melissa Eather is a Fellow CPA with over 30 years of experience in accounting and financial management. She spent her undergraduate years working within chartered accounting firms such as Deloitte, gaining valuable expertise in financial strategy and operations. Having worked in local government, private industry, and education, Melissa is passionate about education and its life-changing potential.
She is committed to Frensham Schools’ values of integrity, sustainability and community, ensuring the School’s long-term sustainability and holistic development, while maintaining a strong financial foundation that enables Frensham Schools to thrive.

Mrs Tina Griffin-Hunt

Mrs Tina Griffin-Hunt

Tina Griffin-Hunt is a Director with over 30 years’ experience in business development, strategic planning, operations, and communications. She focuses on understanding the bigger picture and delivering innovative solutions by fostering collaboration and seeking diverse perspectives.
Tina helps businesses integrate sustainability—financial, social, and environmental—into their strategies while addressing challenges and minimising their impact. She has co-founded three businesses and has worked with organisations such as Cisco ANZ, Cancer Council NSW, The Australian Ballet, Opera Australia and Global Television.
Tina has a strong connection to Frensham Schools with her daughters, who recently attended Frensham, being the third generation to have attended the School. Tina herself was a student at both Frensham and Frensham Junior School. Tina has also served as a Director of Winifred West Schools Foundation prior to taking on her current role at Frensham.
