Personalised learning
Tailoring a structure to suit every learning journey.
We are unwavering in our commitment to providing a learning structure for each student, to build resilience and adaptability.
Student reflection statements in reports often reveal that the most rewarding experiences come from overcoming difficulties rather than routine successes, even for the highest-achieving students. With 20% of students meeting Gifted and Talented criteria and 20% requiring curriculum support, we see success as being a blend of individual growth and the appropriate navigation of challenges.
This approach underpins our commitment to providing a learning structure for each student, to build resilience and adaptability. Students work closely with their teachers to develop Personalised Learning Plans tailored to their interests and goals, and can include online courses, work experience, volunteering or leadership opportunities.
This extensive framework guides students in developing persistence and a real sense of accomplishment.
