Finance and Administration Officer
Frensham Schools is seeking an experienced and skilled Finance and Administration Officer to join the Company Office team which provides executive and administrative support to the Director of Finance.
The role is offered on a permanent part-time basis (3-4 days per week). As the Finance and Administration Officer you will undertake a broad range of financial, administrative, risk, compliance and other tasks relating to the day-to-day activities of the Schools.
You will be the primary officer responsible for payroll, supported by another Administration Officer. You will also provide secondary support for accounts receivable, with both officers interchanging roles as needed to ensure continuity of service and effective coverage during absences or peak periods.
Operations Coordinator (Frensham Junior School)
Due to the retirement of Frensham Junior School’s long-serving Deputy, we are now seeking an experienced, highly qualified and dynamic Operations Coordinator to join the Frensham Schools community on a full-time basis from Term 3, 2026 or later by negotiation.
The Operations Coordinator will support the smooth daily running of the School by coordinating administrative processes, logistics, and operational tasks, and assisting with student experience. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Junior School Teaching and Learning Coordinator.
The role is full-time with a 0.6 Teaching/0.4 Leadership allocation. The teaching allocation is flexible depending on the candidate eg: classroom teacher, specialist subject teacher or RFF teacher.
Early Childhood Educators (Casual)
Frensham Junior School is seeking qualified Early Childhood Educators, with a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, to join the Preschool on a casual, day to day basis.
Frensham Junior School is the Preschool and Primary campus of Frensham Schools. Single stream and co-educational, Frensham Junior School has a highly experienced team of staff and is set on a magnificent campus of 10 acres with outstanding specialist facilities for core and extra-curricular teaching and learning.
